Serious complaint by offended customer

this post has very little to do with gameplay which 98% of people commenting here fail to see, this post is about how IMC answered to my ticket :slight_smile: And I am having no suffering of anykind atm.

Or perhaps because Im not casual I wanted to actually play and learn the game instead of following guides like most people do? Which means that I ended up with many bad characters and did quite few rerolls, which also leads to low wealth given how difficult it is to transfer silver in this game, also I spent alot silver to upgrade attributes.

There is 2 ways to approach game, learn it urself and enjoy the journey, or just go full prepared tryhard mode for quickest advancement for epen or whatever reason there is. I chose to enjoy the journey and learn the game myself.

First of all, you were the one crying about assaulting ur IQ, doesent this mean you are sensitive, I never said anything about ur offensive posting in first place, so even in that you failed to reason. Second, this post is not about the mistake, its about customer service, so here again you failed to reason. And how sad it is for you, I happen to have higher IQ than most people and you on the other hand are on the bottom part of average, so I can say that you have low IQ so yet again, you fail to reason. Aaaand no one ever said I demand a special treatment, so yet again you fail to reason. This complaint is about bad customer service not about me wanting special treatment. Even if my mistake was indeed somewhat mine, because they ofc can expect on some level that people focus on their sh1tty warning message and somehow manage to pull all the information from that, including untradeable that is in game to prevent RMT includes your own characters, they still need to treat me as a respectfull customer. However if this message is all they have to say about trading penalties in game, it in its own existence is just a big proof that they seriously need to make the game more beginner friendly and perhaps give some proper warning tutorial about their hard and bad trading system.

Also all things aside it still remains a fact that whole trading system is fail from the designer side.

And what comes to wisdom, if u truly are to retire from this argument then it is the first WISE thing you have managed to do during the whole fuking argument.

The thing about this whole IQ thing and all this reasoning of urs, there is different ways to see reason and that is stright related to persons IQ. Now for you, you might seem to be reasoning very well, but you see since I have more IQ than you, to me, your reasoning is dogsh1t. To be fair, its not even reasoning, its random babbling, you talk about logical arguments but ur logic only manages to scratch the surface = there is a text in screen read text, when it has many more layers, my experience with games, the focus I give to game because of my experience with game, the speedy pace im playing the game with, the visibility of the text, the content on the text… and prbly many more I could think of if I tought about it longer.

You did a mistake and screw up the recipe, that’s not IMC fault and the support can’t help you about that, support can’t change itens in the game and a friendly response to your ticket don’t change anything.

The trade and market restrictions are bad, non sense and screw up the game? YES those restrictions sucks, but now this is how the game works and you supposed to know that.

Players do a lot of mistakes, like making FULL PVE builds and then complaing that they get ass kicked in PVP and then demanding class reset, or upgranding the wrong stats and then demand for a stats reset potion and etc… PPL make a lot of mistakes and me and all want free stuffs, if IMC make exceptions for every crying baby this game is over in a day.

Now, for your complaining about the quality of support I totally agree, they use too much automatic aswers.

I have friends waiting for weeks to download the game and when the game opens I want to donate then a lot of silvers to buy tokens for everyone, those restrictions really affects only normal players, IMC really screw up on this.

Don’t forget that tokens are not tradable with friends.
