a week ago, one of the GM said gvg will be back soon. Then today i sent them a ticket asking again when will gvg come back, lets see what they replied

This is a legitimate/acceptable answer considering GM and the support team isn’t developers.
Their reply was an acceptable answer to your question. I’m pretty sure once they know a date for the reactivation of GvG they’ll announce it.
If anyone else wants to send them tickets asking for a date : Don’t!
There is no need for us players to send them “are you done yet? When are you done?”-emails since it won’t speed up the process of fixing GvG by any amount, it’ll just waste the time of the support people who can’t do anything about the situation anyway.
