Need help, why cant i ride the lift like ferriswheel? like a barrier is preventing me to get on it. How can i go to sicarius. Is there a quest for me to be able to ride this or is this bugged?
Try removing “Map Fog Viewer” addon and try again.

If you don’t have any addon installed, send a support ticket. If you’re really in a rush to do the Miko Quest, you should shout for a SAGE to taxi you to Sicarius. Some people are nice enough to let you warp there for free. Sorry if I can’t help you mate.

I had the same issue a week or two ago and I also saw some other guy who couldn’t get onto the wheel after trying repeatedly. I just didn’t bother going to Sicarius then. Some maintenance patch probably broke the “elevator” somehow.
Kind of sucky since I also wanted to do the Miko quest again today on this char…
i asked help from a sage who can ride the wheel. He made a portal for me. i was able to change calss now. It just sucks that the game doesnt work right

Yeah and since the dungeon is unpopular exept for getting another warp point, it was not discovered in time. Typical IMC’ing actually.

So, I just did my Miko quest. The elevator somehow worked this time. No idea why it was broken during my first visit. 
The same thing happens to Downtown elevator.
When i heard of this from my friends in game i immediately rushed over to test it out… the result was i can still go up and down the ferris wheel and i can see him moving up the ferris wheel … but apparently his screen was showing he was stuck in bottom when he was clearly was coming on top. sadly it was still tough for me guide him to the top so he gave up.
I had the same problem. Try to uninstall all the adons and DELETE the adons folder. It solved for me.
