See other character names button does nothing

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Go to settings
  2. Unmark “See other character names”
  3. Still see the other people names

I’ve already unninstalled all addons and I’m still having this problem.
Then I’ve tried reinstalling the game but the problem persists. Any idea?

I can confirm this on SEA server as well.

Same here. I have also reinstalled the game but it did not work as well.
