This is the second time that i can’t participate in an event, the first time was “the Lost Item” event and now this one, “Crystal Root Lotree”, i attached the image of my support ticket page, the last time this happened i got this answer from the staff:

After this answer, the support team never contacted me, nothing was done and i was never compensated.
So here i am again, i can’t participate in this event today and im filling a report here on the forums so if this happens with other players, they will know they are not alone.

Bug Description :
I had just teleported back to klaipeda after playing a bit at Royal Mausoleum Storage, as i was looking for Archon, after 10 minutes on that map, i gave up and checked my inventory, saw i had 12 root essence and was gonna try to guess the number, i talked to the event board, it just said: “come back again tomorrow”, the day before i completed it normally, without any problems, at around 11 PM probably.
