My guess is either the start of September (05.09.2017) or a week after that when the current events close (12.09.2017).
Judging from the spectacular game issues after the recent few updates, they ought to be more careful before they bring such a huge chunk of changes over to iTOS…
It could also be next week, but given that there won’t be any events closing on that day, it would be pretty uncommon.
Sadly, it’s hardly fortellable when we can expect those changes, simply because there is no consistent “rythm” of releases for iTOS; the last content update was on 31st of July, while the update prior to that was the balance update on the 15th-16th of May.
