Second day that i cannot access to the game. 3 support tickets opened. No solutions

IMC i really want to know what is happening to my account. This is the second day with the same error, i can’t logging to the game for play.
I don’t received any solution from the staff or support, i opened 3 tickets without a solution and i am losing the token play time, and you never will refund me this time.
I can access to the Lodge now, but when i click on the start game button (any channel that i used) i was kicked to the selection server screen, once and once again.
I don’t have the same problem with other account, in the same location acces.
So, the problem is an specific bug of the account or maybe the location that the character was: Entrance of Kateen Forest.
I really need a respone & solution for my account. I paid for play, and i paid a good amount to have a good service.
Please don’t disappoint me!
I attached here all the conversation used on previously support tickets to resolve my problem.

Type of Bug : I cannot access to the game with the main/only character in my account.

Date/Time and Location : From the opened of the Silute server until now. The character is on Entrance of Kateen Forest.

I can create any character, i can log with another account without a problem, but when i tried to access with my account doing click on the Start Game Button (i try in every channel) i was kicked to the main screen for the server selection and i cant log in to the game. It’s a problema of the account or maybe my character.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Enter to [SA] Silute server.

  2. Select my character: Arleko at the Lodge (he have one companion).

  3. Click on the Start Game Button (trying every channel i had)

  4. Im kicked to the main selection server screen, once and once again.

Character Name: Arleko

Really sorry for my bard english, but i need to solve this.
I opened 3 tickets without a solution with images, i try with a video.
