I took the Seal of the Royal Family (4) quest solo has three days, and i keep unable to enter Sanctum because no “Green Arrow” is displayed.
I try change the channel, relog, abandoning the quest and taking it again and nothing helps.
I had done all orsha and nearby secundary quests.
