Good day!
I would like to ask if anyone is experiencing difficulty in queueing for the dungeons today? I’ve been in queue for more than 30 minutes but there’s still no party. Normally, it would take around 2-5 minutes to get in, but for some weird reason, today’s wait is abnormally long.
If I’m not the only one experiencing this problem, I hope that IMC does something about this or at least give clarification as to why it’s taking so long.

This happens everytime. Usually caused by massive volume of people queuing.
I see. Does this happen often in higher level dungeons?
It happens in every dungeon. Especially during peak hours which is every after the reset period, 6:00PM GMT+8 for SEA servers.

I think it’s just broken, there aren’t so many people on the servers anymore that instance limit would be reached. Try to manually make a group.
Here the tips to enter:
If the indicator turning into white (usually after 1 minute) then in normal situation, you should already enter the dungeon.
If you don’t enter even after the indicator turning white, then just wait for 3 minute. If the indicator turning into black and white again, but you still not enter then it definitely a bug and it useless to queque.
If it’s like that then just exit the game and enter it again, after that just search party again, then you can enter the dungeon after the indicator turning white. It usually worked for me, even today I waiting for 10 minutes and still not get in, then I just exit the game and enter it again, after 1 minute the indicator turn white and i can enter the dungeon.

Mission/dungeon queueing seems broken right now. You can only enter with a pre-made party.
I don’t think it’s due to server traffic (especially at this time) because both pre-made parties and queue ones wouldn’t be able to enter immediately and the dreaded “excess count” error appears usually (unless they already fixed that).
Still broken? And now weekend is starting… Expect fix on monday.
