You have a regional server whether you like it or not. IMC cannot change that and they cannot offer you their own regional server. It would be against the terms they’ve signed with Level Up Games and thus illegal.
The most they can do is overlook your existence here, however it’s highly likely that once your regional server is released, you will be IP banned from playing here at the request of Level Up Games. The best thing you can do for yourselves is keep quiet so they don’t know how many of you are here and how much money they’re missing out on.

Our LUG is just Brazil, you don’t know but, GrandChase had IPBLOCK, and Elsword has IPBlock to everyone out of Brazil.
Level Up is a brazilian company. We’re asking for a LATINO AMERICAN server which also includes Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colembia, Costa Rica, Cuba, El Salvador, Ecuador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua,
Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic, Uruguay and Venezuela.
Level Up offers a service to BRAZILIANS in PORTUGUESE language. All other countries from LATINO AMERICA speaks SPANISH.
It’s hard people to understand that? Lack of geography on school, maybe?

The original post is written in Portuguese by a guy with “BR” tagged on his name. He and his Facebook group (of supposedly over 60,000 Brazilian TOS fans) only care about Brazilian players.

Although Brazil speaks portuguese, it’s still on Latino America. Or you’re saying to me just because OP is brazilian, argentinians like me can’t complain?
If IMC can’t offer a good service to other Latino countries, why they even sell exclusive access instead of IP blocking these countries?
Again, it’s about being irresponsible with the Latino community, even if it includes Brazil.

You didnt read the chart then, I take it? It was posted by a BR. What it shows is that the ‘‘majority’’ isnt LA, but BR specifically.
No, in BR topics, altho they are called Latin now apparently. If I post primairly there, I think that has more to do with the way these topics are being spammed. Theres hardly another active topic…
Atleast the other topic was an honest BR person asking for a server other then LU, instead of ‘‘LA people (read, BR people)’’ asking for a server for the ‘‘LA region’’ (read, for Brazil)
At any rate, if you disagree with most of my posts being in these kind of threads, then I suggest you keep it in one thread so the forums arent spammed with them and I can go back to quality posts. Tyvm.

Funny thing, just because IMC signed a contract with LvlUp it means every single brazillian that hates the company services should just be ok with it? Like hey my school has a contract with a sausage provider wich all sausages taste like crap. “You don’t have the right to complain about it, you’ll have your crap tasting sausages”
And yet what many said was true. We want a South America server. All continent shouldn’t suffer from LVL UP lack os professionalism or competence.

I get you guys want a server which is fine but who is going to pay the huge fine that comes with breaking a contract? IMC? they are not a very big company and you expect them to pay fines when the game hasn’t even been lifted off the ground yet?

You dont even know what is written in the contract and is talking about fee. Stop theoryzing about the contract no one knows about,
1st thing, go read the contract. There is no need to pay any fee.
Also, IMC can put the server on Argentina or other South American country. We’re not limited to Brazil only, you know?

Show me the exact contract then also it depends whats in the contract that dictates what they can do and i bet its in the contract they cant put a server in south america because LVL UP has that right.
