I am pretty sure this problem come from IMC side because my friends and I use difference ISP and we have the same experience.

run around,w8 Flare shot cd then shot, it only skill i can use for dealing dame, any other skills cause me freeze 1-3s after used, sometime i even CANT MOVE :))
me too, same answer, am using an optic cable 15Mbps can play any game have server in Singapore with less than 40ms like WOT, WOWS, POE, DN, and overwatch only TOS have SPECIAL ping like img up there :))
God damn the skills is delayed like 3sec even though the ping shows ~0.4s. This is clearly a fake indicator of the ping.
I restarted new team at SEA server from Orsha due to this same ā ā ā ā and now its back to square 1 when more ppl swap over. GREAT!
Telsiaiās actually more stable after the F2P release serverā¦ Iām pretty happy.
