First and foremost, I find it extremely irresponsible from IMC to allow this to go on and on, on an endless cycle. I understand you JUST launched the game and you have bigger problem. Such as, server ques, server lag and managing servers overall. However, this game has been in development for a long time and it’s no surprise IGC sellers would come about (In Game Currency). These should of been some pre-planned policies for taking action and controlling these botters / spammers / scammers that entirely sink the potential of the game’s community. Of course, you made money from them buying into your founder program, but you have a legitimate reason to ban these people without having to offer a refund. I know they mask their IP and have crazy rigs. Well, I and many others gave you our hard earned money to play your game which we plan to enjoy and we are the masses and we are who you (IMC) should be there for at all times to make our gaming experience happy. In other words, figure it out before YOU (IMC) destroy your game by murdering the community with these cheaters.
As a streamer, I have to block the in game chat and now the top scrolling bar because these spammers should not get free promotion from my team’s hard earned and loyal viewers / supporters. I want to show the chat so our viewers can see what’s happening in game. Would be cool to show the top bar because some people post great things up there (first few hours of the game). Now it’s just spammers selling silver and I simply refuse to share their promotions.

This just came up as I am typing this post. I’ll leave my post as it was since I and I’m sure everyone else stands by it. Now, the question is: Will you be accountable for your promise? I’m from the original alpha of Ragnarok Online and I want Tree of Savior to be THAT game that I play for the next 7 years. If you follow through with your promise, you will have my undying support and gratitude. If it’s an empty promise, well, you’ve sentenced Tree of Savior to it’s ealy demise.
Always hopeful,
