whats the problem?, the picture you posted is only the server list with nothing else.
EDIT: i think you have a screen resolution problem? if so what is your monitor size? is your screen 1080p? you can find your resolution if you right click on your desktop and click properties, and check the display properties, your resolution will be there, you will have to edit the user.xml file to input the correct resolution so the game looks normal.
i think what he meant is that, that is his actual view of the client, the resolution is oversized and his start button is out of the view
