how do I solve this?
Is there any hotkey for going to setting directly? I can only see this much after I log in.

Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\release
Where you did put steam at fine the files named ‘’ User ‘’ and open it with notesblok or what you use, then you have done that you can see this line
<Resolution mode=“1” BitPerPixel=“16”
P.s Also if you want to i would say edit the Bitperpixel to 16 instead of 32 as you add more fps to your game even in towns and the grafik dont get lower 
Edit: Just rememeber to close the game before edit somthing in that file
