…heck, even the players themselves botting their own chars (e.g. RO).
How?
-
Decent spawn rates
-
A lot of weekly/monthly/yearly events and other stuff to do besides leveling and acquiring gear (massive PVP/GVG/War stuff, boss spawns in towns, etc.)
-
Unrestricted trading
-
Option to get level-boosted (e.g. boosted by a friend with support char, paying another player to boost/tank or leech xp from him, access to maps with high-level, kite-able/immobile monsters and getting big exp, etc.)
-
Decent gameplay experience (less-to-no lag, OK FPS even when a lot of shit is happening on-screen, etc.)
-
“not bad” class balancing (I know this aspect will never be perfect in any game) - where every class actually has a role to fill-in (except for weirdly unique builds) and when you ■■■■up with your build it’s not entirely going to be trash.
Anyone can add more? Sorry if I’m really sounding like a broken record here.
It seems like IMC is tooooooo focused on the bot problem that they forget some (most?) of the “fixes” are negatively affecting the actual players.
Why not focus on actually improving the game FOR the players? Am I missing something here?
