Just to make some use of this thread, this is pretty annoying and should be changed. Using cloak to find a more advantageous position and/or set traps is detrimental for the Scout gameplay, the instant health regen mechanic straight up kill one of the main aspects of the class.
Yes the mechanic is required to avoid abusive gameplay but a giving Scouts a 10 second window to work with wouldn’t do any harm.
