Hi guys,
I was thinking about building SR but since the skill set for them is limited plus rank 1-5 archer based skill doesn’t match up with SR,so they can only depends on Sapper and Wugushi skill set.Haven’t decide on SR + Wugushi yet but I want some opinion/enlightenment from someone who is familiar with it.I’ve never play RO (Gunslinger class peek my interest during those time) and I’m not a CBT tester.

Here’s my build for SR + Sapper.Not sure if it is suitable for PvP but I think for crowd control,it should be ok.

Sapper skills can’t be used while mounted, SR skills can’t be used while dismounted.

I’m sorry to burst your bubble but I see no synergy here.

A gunner who can’t do anything if he’s not on his mount… That’s annoying. :frowning:
I’d like to see Concentrated Fire & Caracole icons be modified, adding the mount at least. The SR is actually on his feet, that can be misleading…

I’d like to see kneeling shot working while mounted, I mean it Does make sense ^^

@HaL0wEEn QS/ Wugushi seems to be the best combo for SR right now so think of something that works there.

One skill of Quarrel Shooter and nearly every skills of Wugushi can be used on the mount, so you may have to change your class. Or you can just learn to use your sapper as trapping the floor, and then get on the mount and do your global damages while luring ennemies to your traps :stuck_out_tongue:

Sim as skills se acumulam, então dá pra jogar com a classe anterior e mudar de roupa também.

@lajkonikes Guess I read the SR skill description wrongly then.I thought when it stated there “able to use while riding” means you can either ride or not for you to be able to use that skill.Its like literally very limited skill if you are going for SR.

Gonna try to experiment with Wugushi then and see how it goes if this is the case.Actually I build mine based on that video and thought you are able to use Sapper skills.I was wrong then.Thanks for link.At least that clears up things about SR.

@Arukado Yeap,that’s what I thought at first thinking you can go either on feet or mount to be able to use the skill.Hopefully there will be some more skill added to SR in the future.

@Delven I love that last idea. Hit and lure although if you are swarmed with enemy in a small room,GG.Hahaha

Np my friend! I also considered SR for a while and haven’t yet entirely tossed the idea away so I can see why you’re fascinated with the class ^^

I hope the limitations won’t be as strict in the future, as it makes it hard to build a synergy between classes in the archer tree. It’s much easier to build a warrior or a priest whose power is built upon the previous choices.

Despite the limitations,I’m still going for it :smile:
The only thing I hope is that rank 7 and the next will be open to offer skills that can compensate SR skill.

Personally, I hope rank 8 is hackapell. That would be a better synergy for a Archer -> QS 3 -> Wugushi 3. Well, better. There would be Some at least.

Apparently a pistol is a subweapon now so you can use skills that require a bow AND a pistol as schwarzer reiter. Opens up quite a few possibilites for your build ^^

Since the hackapell since to be a crossbow mount class, maybe you’ll be abble to mix Hacka + Schwarz :o

Still confused why they went with Hackapeliitta as the mounted ranged class instead of the more logical choice: dragoon :confused:

Combining with SR,only concern is that Throw Gu Pot and Jincan Gu wont be usable unless you’re off the mount.
