Schwarzer Reiter Attribute Bug: Unable to Learn

Date and Time : May 13 2016, 10AM (GMT+8)

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Mouse

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Forest of Prayer, Schwarzer Reiter Master

Bug Description :

  1. Advanced to Schwarzer Reiter by completing quest (rewards received and class level reverted successfully to 1)
  2. Attempt to learn Schwarzer Reiter attributes through Schwarzer Reiter Master
  3. Unable to learn attributes (Attributes can be clicked, has priced, but doesn’t add to my attribute list even when spammed)
  4. Try changing channels and talk to the Schwarzer Master again
  5. Same issue
    (letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
    *Seems to be an isolated case, as seen in the screenshot, the other schwarzer reiter has a mount. Also I’ve seen another player posting about this.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. (Optional) Advance to Schwarzer Reiter
  2. Talk to Schwarzer Reiter
  3. Learn Attributes

After spamming the attributes, none were added to my window. My token is enabled.
EDIT: It seems the other schwarzer reiter can’t learn attributes at the moment too, however we can both learn fine from other masters.

Same problem here too.

For me, it’s a minor annoyance as I already had a lot invested into the attributes but…

Can you imagine the people that just hit rank 6 and pick SR, and unable to learn mount riding? Well, the whole class is useless.

It’s a major bug, please fix quickly.

Well I’ve been looking forward to a long time to change class to SR, and right now because of this bug we can’t use any skills. Extremely disappointing so I hope you will fix it soon.

Things I tried: Switching channels, turning off pet, reboot, logging on without pet, removing all equipment.

Yep, happened to me too just know. Advanced to SR and can’t learn even companion riding, now i’m palying as a Rank 5 character since i can’t use anything from SR.

I am having the same problem right now.
I just advanced to SR and now cant learn any attributes, making the class unusable.

Any updates on a fix? This class is completely broken without the ability to ride companion.

Weekends is the worst time for something like that to happen… Well looks like ill be rank 6 with no skills.

Same thing here, just changed to SR and no atributes could be learned.

My experience is the same as flipflex. Right after advancing, I am unable to learn any attributes despite clicking “yes” when prompted. Have tried changing channels, relogging, waiting, nothing works. And from what I understand, others who have became this class before the bug claim that the skill, Retreat Shot is bugged and fails to activate properly most of the time. Its a shame because without it, there is no reason to even play the class.
