You can buy it with silver or shard. Ppl will sell it for sure. Or in the worst case, have to wait few weeks later when it is on exchange shop.
I expect the spirit costume will be sold at 129TP in around 2-3 weeks later since it is on itos database already.
Feel like these costumes (including spirit costumes) will be in gacha. Normally in iTOS, costumes in exchange shop are from gacha. Costumes can be bought at 129TP like Xmas costume will not be in this exchange shop. However I still hope that they will just sell it at 129TP like ktest.

I like the new Wedding costumes they look really good, but the lack of an actual wedding system bundled with the costume’s release is meh…
