Connection Issues - SILUTE

Hello IMC, I am sending ticket on the status of Silute server, the following videos show the main connection problems venhos having inclusive several people I know also have problems with the connection. We know that our internet connection is exellent, we stayed at TeamSpeak, play other games without any problem, the ToS is the one who cuts the connection and it makes us lose dungeons, grinds and also lot of time and patience. What I don’t understand is why IMC is releasing new events when people can’t play the game. I’m away from TOS for a while now, altough I love the game, because is impossible to play with friends because of this bug.

Is there anyone playing to enjoy these events? Shouldn’t they focus on fixing the bugs instead?
