I realize this might not be as helpful to everyone but the scavenger quest I got for West Siauliai woods was hinted as seeing someone who couldn’t move. I found it by the scarecrows. Feel free to post any other help here.

I got another quest for West Siauliai Woods it said “To win this prize, you must find twins. Where am I?” It was referring to the twin bridges you cross on the map.
Scavenger hunt in the Ashaq Underground Proson 1F “The door behind me is not supposed to remain unlocked and open like it is now. Where am I?” Down one of the hallways in the background there were a couple of cell doors open that you couldn’t go through. It was by the second door.
Woods of the linked bridges; “You have to step on stone to see me near the tree.” The first stone steps in the circled area, go along the left map wall going under trees you should find it.
