[SBMT] Shameless Battle Mage Thread

Ok so this has been brought up and flamed down before, but feel to post your ideas or comment on the battle mage builds!

I’ll start it off-

Open Ended Battle Mage

wiz 1/ fill/ fill/ thaum 1/ thaum 2/ RC 1/ thaum 3/ Ench 1

-So you can either go wiz 3, cryo 2, or pyro 2. You’d either want max level Reflect Shield, Enchant Fire/ Firewall, or Subzero Shield.

The core of this build is the swell left and right arm/ Transpose from thaum, and rune of giants/ rune of protection from RC.

Enchanter would also give access to enchant lightning, agility, and empowering.

Full dex and (con or int) and manipulate damage/con with transpose.

You cast all your buffs then go giant and just jump around and swing.

Thoughts?

IMO you won’t have enough damage to be viable late game, but it sure is a fun build.

Reflect shield even with highest attributes is completely useless and deals 0 damage. It is generally a very very very bad build. You almost need linker to be able to do anything usefull. wiz-pyro1-link2-chrono3-enhanter or sage is much better.
