Isn’t really surprising. Asians are more used to the ‘gacha system’. Even collectible figurines also have gacha.

Just trying to point out how BS the gacha and exchange system works:
Let’s say I want to buy a female cleric swimsuit, which cost 258 medals at exchange shop now.
Medals are only obtainable by selling items we got from gacha cube,
and everything obtained from 1 gacha can be traded for 30 Medals, so:
30TP = 1Gacha = 30Medals
We need 258 Medals to buy the costume, that means we need 258/30 = 8.6, gacha 9 times:
9Gacha = 270Medals = 270TP
As result, I now need a total of 270TP to buy a female cleric swimsuit which just cost 129TP before.
Acceptable? NO.

Every thing in gacha can be traded for 30 medals. That includes pots they give you etc.
hp pots they give via 6 ( 5 medal each) sp pot 10 medal each (3) etc.
it’s just 258 tp/medal now.
They effectively double the price. Only new costume are draw-able. Old costume can only be medal exchanged
Just sharing some insight. I am not here to say acceptable or not just correctly or giving you actual information that you can consider.
To me i am neutral at this for costume gachas

If they upgrade things better or fix things with this money i think the general public will be ok with it.
If not they are basically just drawing bonus out of the rubbish they do which is pretty much seen in most sea publisher Sooner or later people will just go away.

My bad,
but the truth is that they still double the price.
For me, as a causal player,
I just want to enjoy the game, and pay some money to make my character pretty.
The new system is just so unfair, I won’t buy anything suddenly rise double price.
We know South Korea is one of the countries who has serious social issues about video games addicted people.
You can find some random news, such as son starved to death, killed her own baby, divorced etc in very large numbers.
I want to ask, can korean tos community storm or riot the imc/ nexon office please xD?

Anticipated this since cbt, and now its finally here, id have nothing against this gacha if:
1.Remove p2w.
2.Let us buy the costumes just like we did before
3.Remove the potions from the gacha.
-Extremely happy i did a final purchase on costumes i wanted before maintenance.

Except in PSO2 theres weekly quests for easy money, im cashing in 10m each week from “taco” alone.
Was nerfed. u have to run dailies lol.
Pretty much similar ( we run dailies dun 290 etc to farm up to 2-5m per week)
