Since the ability to abuse crashing channels started it appears to be getting used as a trick to eliminate other vendors.
When a channel restarts or after maintenance it would be nice if the game could automatically re-open the vendors that were previously at that location (unless they have logged in since). This would stop this abuse.
It would also be a very nice quality of life fix because it is a pain when there are no vendor at a normal location. The build up of vendors over the course of a week increases all the way up to Monday and then gets killed by maintenance. With this fix then even the significantly more casual players would keep their vendors open for use by other players.
