Sapper - Punji Stake uses 3 pine wood per use instead of 1

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) :

Bug Description : Skill description says “uses 1 pine wood” but when you place a punji stake down it uses up 3 pine wood instead.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Place a punji stake down
2. Observe amount of pine wood in inventory

I was trying to figure out why the heck I couldn’t cast it when I still had 2 Pine Wood left. Can confirm.
