Sapper C2 or Scout C1 ,_,

Which of these is more useful than the other? Sapper c2 for lv5 broom trap? or Scout c1 for cloak’s 50% damage boost ?_?

Eh… if you want damage, go Sapper. If you want more utility, go Scout. I wouldn’t just look at 1 skill to decide my class but if that’s what you’re doing, look at your previous class choices.

If you are going for a pure utility and support, go Scout.

If you are going for a pure damage build but want some protection, go Sapper and set up traps before you do anything.

If you are going for a hybrid build, then go for whichever you are lacking ie. if you have too much support from previous class choices, go Sapper vise versa for Scout.

TL;DR
I like Cloak for more utility and usefulness but usefulness is a subjective term and damage can also be useful so damage Sapper, utility and support Scout. (Scout master looks hawt if that counts)

All skills that have an attribute like “do extra X% of your physical/magic attack”, such as cloak (when uncloacking), energy bolt (when enemy is sleeping), catar stroke (when pushing enemies) and so on, are literally like that, they don’t boost the damage of the skill, they apply damage based on your attack stat.

If you have 200 patk, use skill a with 100 base damage plus lvl 100 enhance attribute, that would be 600 damage before defense reduction.

If that skill has an atribute for “do 50% of your physical attack when whatever condition”, it will do extra 100 damage (your patk / 2), not 300.

So, if you want to go Scout just because of that, I wouldn’t say it is worth it. But later on if you don’t like any of the future classes, you can maybe go back to Scout, since you can install traps such as claymore w/o being uncloaked (idk if something like installing Punji or Broom and someone getting hit by it will still leave you cloaked tho)

ah thanks, that clears up a lot, scout isn’t worth it then ~,~
