Sapper C1's Claymore Enhancment Attribute bugged

Bug Description :
The attribute damage in tooltip window of Sapper’s Claymore skill appeared incorrectly.
Tooltip window only show the Attribute damage only 8% despite actually having higher level than that.
Not sure if it is just a text bug or the damage is actually capped at 8% from a bug, but it seemed that other Sappers beside me are having this issue too.

Steps to reproduce the issue :
Simply learning enhancement attribute of Sapper’s Claymore from Sapper Submaster in Orsha can’t make it pass attribute Lv8 in tooltip box despite the skill window (F3) show the correct level of attribute.
Not sure if learning attribute from Sapper Master in East Siauliai Wood have this issue or not.

18 days passed.

My Claymore Attribute still capped at 8%.

It’s been months and this still hasn’t been fixed. Just from glancing at the issue, it seems they wired the AoE Attack Ratio to the Attribute boost instead for the skill. Claymore has 8 AoE AR and the attribute is stuck at 8%.

I’m surprised that the bug isn’t fix yet.
I haven’t check Claymore’s Attribute discription since then though…
