Same FPS with everything on or off

i have between 12-16 fps in towns, it’s almost the same in team battle league or dulla battle.

this is not a post to cry about fps, i just want help because i have the same fps with everything on like you can see in this picture:

i can run the witcher 3 with high and ultra setting, some options with medium settings, i have heard this game is only using a single core processor or something like that, i’m not an expert about the theme but i have heard you can change the some archives in the TOS folder to help me with this, thanks.

ToS has a terrible Engine that runs on only one core. It’s not your PC’s fault.

Edit: They have been slowly working on it, but bad coding, is bad coding.

This client now have the worst optimization ever, even worse than the iCBT clients.

I was suffering of the same problem, i had to tweak the game in my NVCP by lowering all i could and changed the options for best performance in the game profile.

well i just see alot people saying “you have potato pc”, when they speak about optimization, so i did this post, but i can play batman arkham knight with 24-30fps and it was the game with the worst optimization in this generation, then TOS is the problem after all.

Two people, which I guess is alot, just said it’s optimization. It’s optimization, this game is not good about it.

Some people just either have really really good rigs,or somehow fall in some “goldilocks” zone where everything just works right for them.

But for most this game is not good about optimization.

I have a 6 year old computer which was midrange at the time:

phenom ii x4 955
8GB ram
radeon HD 5750 1GB

I’m pleased to say the game runs pretty well for me, and no lag really. But I haven’t done TBL or world boss yet, so hard to say.

Most people who are having troubles seem to have high end PCs? And complain because the game is not running at constant 60FPS?

hmn not just today i have been watching these kind of posts before, about the potato pc, i still play the game for fun i don’t care so much about but it’s still weird to have the same fps with everything on and everything off, it doesn’t make sense to me.

also extra info i forgot to post it, now my fps are blocked to 60fps, i’m sure i had 120fps outside towns long time ago, now between 38-60.

… Search for optimization using the search function.

You’ll find probably1000 threads about the poor optimization.

And yes some people do have potato computers.

i’m not that kind of people(fustrated master race), i’m fine with 30 stable but i don’t have it with team battle or dulla and it’s important there.

that is the reason i have heard this game is only using a core processor and we can’t use our pc with better power, i don’t have a high end PC but it’s decent.

Well it’s pretty clear it’s not the GPU holding you back @Dinos

Though, to be fair, with your CPU I’d expect you could double my FPS. Perhaps the game doesn’t take advantage of newer CPU instructions or something.

It’s hard to say. But it runs decent on older technology. Could use a couple more optimization patches.
