convent is still bugged, we are loosing boxes EVERY DAY and still no hotfixes, no compensation and even no maitenance this week!!!

I sent ticket and they say they are working to solve this problem, no compensation. 
This happens randomly? I’ve run dailies without seing that message yet. IMC always surprising on the oddness of their bugs.

I received the compensation after 2 days so im happy now. 
Is it normal that if you send a ticket involving five different cubes being lost, no compensation at all is being given? 
Asking because that happened to me!

STAFF_Amy since u guys couldnt find what is causing the problem yet, check if u guys can at least disable convent for now, this is happening everyday to lots of ppl
The Support Team is still sending compensation, please just allow time for it to be processed.
