I myself don’t enjoy Plague Doctor at all, it’s pretty boring imo.
I like my Bokor3/Sadhu3 better 
The gameplay is more active and I have my beloved zombies at hand <3

Maybe, but I have to finally get at least one character to lv330, so I’ll take the slow, steady and immortal route
One more question: does debuff from Astral Body Explosion (the 5 second one that appears if the mobs survived the initial boom) counts towards Incineration / can be spread with Pandemic?
Yes, it can be spread but it’s not that worth honestly
Pls. Every time I need to clear a whole room of healthy mobs, I set up my vapors astral body explosion pandemic combo.
As in, vapors on left, explosion right, pandemic! Shuffle!!
Ok lvl 5 pandemic is mandatory here, sure ; )

You can use disenchantment with its attribute as well to incinerate mobs, but ABE works fine, too.
