Sacrament vs Bless?

So I was wondering which skill ultimately scaled better for Chaplain’s Last Rites.

Also which one scaled better ultimately for higher damage.

Assuming there are 3 lines of damage (auto,sacra,last rites) which would do more if one was maxed and one was only at 5?

Sacrament doesn’t rely on Hit count by the way. Bless does.

Just wasn’t sure how Last Rites scaled with Sacrament. It states that the power is scaled off of the Sacrament level.

Doesn’t the power of Last Rites increase based on the level of Sacrament? I was just wondering if this power increase is worth increasing Sacrament over Bless for. (and exactly how last rites scales with sacrament).

So for a given scenario, lets say you hit a a neutral monster (not weak or strong against holy or your strike hit) with a max number of bless hits with a level 15 bless, level 5 Sacraments, a level 5 Last Rites, Would that do more or less damage then a level 10 sacrament, a level 10 bless, and a level 5 Last Rites?

This is assuming you have all the attributes.

You should really rethink this.

IMO get lvl3 blessing with max attribute then we can compare.

Blessing lvl3 = 123PD
Sacrament lvl10 = 40PD +40HD
Last Rites lvl5 = 40PD + 40HD
Total = 203PD +80HD = 283 dmg

Blessing lvl12 = 158dmg
Sacrement lvl1 = 12PD + 12HD
Last Rites lvl5 = 12PD + 12HD
Total = 182dmg +24HD = 206dmg

In all honesty I think most builds can get away with
Blessing lvl3 = 123dmg
Sacrement lvl5 = 24PD + 24HD
Last Rites lvl5 = 24PD + 24HD
Total = 171dmg +48HD = 219dmg
Which is 64 less dmg (or 320 per swing with cafrisun set) to save yourself 5 points.

I would say that Sacrament 5 is a better choice, since that will give Last Rites (lvl 5) and Sacrament the same duration, making it less of a hassle to rebuff (if only somewhat).

The priest circles are filled with abilities that offer more then maxing out Sacrament or Blessing for a few points of extra damage.

Note that the increase to damage below 40-50% is almost none-existant. In my testing it appears to increase Sacrament bonus damage by about 50%…but only on the Last Rites damage line.
Which at a Sacrament level of 5, gave me [~50% of 24] = + 12 more damage. (on just the Last Rites damage line)

This tends to be the standard choice of skill point distribution. The difference in damage isnt much, but you have a lot more points to spend on healing and what not.

sacrament total damage are way more than blessing.
sacrament lvl 10 give 120 damage to your total damage (your initial auto attack receive 40 HD so in total sacrament give 120 damage)

Then with sacrament all your elemental property attack and blessing will added twice because of sacrament additional damage.

i got lvl 5 sacrament + valia + 64 elemen attack my additional damage hit for 162 damage. and it will give more damage too dark enemy ( my additional damage reach 685 per hit )
