So I’ve been reading the forums and got mixed answers.
I just want to know if Sacrament adds damage to only auto attacks or to skills also?
For example: Will my heal do more damage with a Sacrament boost?
From my understanding (I can’t confirm right now with the game on mait) sacrament adds 1 extra line of holy damage to your auto attack (assume lvl10) so it adds a 2nd line of 40 holy damage. On top of that it grants 40 elemental damage that works like arde so you get 40 holy damage added to all attacks including skills, and that new line of damage added by sacrament.

The additional damage is added to all skills I THINK.

The holy property attack functions like a double attack. Only for your auto attacks. So you smack something for say 100 dmg, you see a second line for maybe 80 dmg. Which is pretty damn amazing, it’s almost doubling your damage.

Late game the additional damage is not relevant (just like most flat dmg buffs). Not sure how the holy property attack fairs. If you are going chaplain Last Rites scales with sacrament somehow, some way.
