Saalus patch +1: No bonus cube even on the first character

Saalus cube giving 2 additional blessed shards isn’t given anymore after doing a Saalus run even on the first character :

Date and Time : 30/05/2018 8:45 AM GMT

Server Name: Fedimian EU

Team Name: MrHeisenberg

Character Name: Parmenion, Jennifer, Backpedal (and more)

Bug Description :

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Connect the first character, the second or the third one
  2. Doing the saalus run
  3. Obtain the 3 random saalus cube with talt (recipe and such) and a Cube of blessing.
  4. Still waiting for the new cube

I want to add that is my second day of saalus and the first one worked fine.
We tried creating a new party and using the auto-match options instead of going inside with the “Enter now” button.

I hope that you’ll correct it fast to let me use my blessed shards during the event !

Same problem. to day not recive bonus casket with 2 shards

uhhhh isn’t the reset in another 30 mins? mabe will give the cubes after that?

so half of the server getting cubes before reset half after that’s dumm u know

Apparently it resets at 6AM server time.

Can we have it changed to reset the same time as daily instance reset?

yes its lol, ive got bonus cube after 6am server time. but saalus reset in 00:00 server time

Is there any way it could be reset to the same time as dungeon reset?

yes i have i did 4 runs\4chars before 6 and no new cubes still i did exit, relog nothing

we to have same problem. and do not recieve bonus cube for two first run per day.
before 06:00 am. but after 06:00 am server time. ive got bonus cube for my last 3rd char.
But saalus convet reset in 00:00 server time. how to be

I make saalus yesterday on 4 chars and i dont recieved sister aishe’s gift x3 and I make ticket on support but still no answered ;/
