Saalus doesn't reward with th 2 shard/gem box

Bug Description : I did not receive the box that contains either two shards or a gem after running Saalus (2 times)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Do Saalus
  2. Kill boss
  3. Cry because you didnt get you shards/gem

Only on EU. You can get the 2x shards box only 3 times per day. The reset for your saalus is at 6am CEST but the reset for the 2x shards box is at 12am CEST. Iam well aware that you wrote you havent even recived the other boxes too. But its Server Fedimian and your post was made 5minutes before reset.

Did u recive the Silver from the last boss?
Did u recive the red “worthless” cube after finishing saalus?

Oh!! So I basically wasted 2 Saalus runs. I received the worthless red cube and the yellow 1 shard cube, just not the box we all run Saalus for.

I’m not sure I received silver, didn’t pay attention to that.

So, I’m screwed and can retry tomorrow? ^^’
