@kaitoucoon I really recommend sending a detailed ticket on support section, try to include your team name and character name, and as well the time it happened.

Tell that you had that error and didn’t receive the cube and ask if it’s possible to receive a compensation for this missing cube.

They’re compensating users from tickets there.

I had this same problem, I ended up sending a ticket, but it is good to reinforce.

Bug Description: Error Code: 1, at the end of the mission there is no reward, but a message with this error.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Upon finishing Saalus Convent Scriptorium Mission
  2. You receive an ErrorCode message: 1
  3. Going through the inventory notes that you did not receive the reward.
