[SA] Silute - whisper, guild and shout chats are not working

Date and Time : since May 29, 2016 since 11ish AM up to now, 22:40.

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : N/A

Bug Description :
Chats in game are not showing the messages.
You send messages to other players, but the game dont show anything on your or others players chats, this is happening for whisper, guild and shout, in the last case you just waste your megaphone and nothing happens

just normal and party messages are working.

Friends list and blocked are also not working, so the game lags as hell when u enter any main city, with the spam messages from gold sellers. AND u cant block it or do anything.

A mmo game like this is unplayable, its almost like playing offline.

Oh, other thing i forgot to mention, the game hour is messed up.

My whole team crashed inside a mission and we lost the run, and on my third mission of the day i notice something really strange, the game time was AM 2:53 and when I ended the mission the game hour came back to the current time PM 11:00.

so i guess the mission server are configured with wrong date? Because it was suppose to be PM 11:00 on the server, not 3am like inside the mission.

After the maintance last week the game got fixed. But it happened again on this weekend, i logged in at saturday night and the chats were not working, i heard it began “not working” around saturday early, and still going up to this time, 13h, 6 june.

None cant talk with anyone outside the screen.

We are without shout, guild chat, friends, blocked list (so gold sellers spammers are lagging me like hell and making me and some other friends crash when going to klaipeda), pre-made party chats and whisper.

Only search for party chat and normal chats are working properly at this moment.

Please, we need some kind of fix for this error. It makes parting and doing group stuffs impossible. I cant talk with friends, I feel like playing an offline game, since i cant have a conversation with anyone outside my screen and on cities there like 3 gold sellers spamming, so i cant talk there.

I thought the relocation of the server to the NA infrastructure would be a good temporary solution, but it seems like some of the failures still going on there.

Theres still other issues like stuck on limbo and group drops of instances in multiple occasions, losing the run and the “chance” for loot / experience.
Initially i thought was problems of the SA infrastructure, because that problems were very rare back on the Klaipeda server before the transfer, but now back to the NA infrastructure the game is still with that issues.
The latency is not as good as it was on Klaipeda server before transfer.

I hope there is someone looking into this chat bug and can give us some answers about the issue and some feedback.

3 days on this and nothing happens, is IMC even aware? they did 2 maintences of 30 min to fix those TP minimal bugs but cant do another one to fix THIS CRUCIAL PROBLEM?

This time, less than 48 h after maintenance… Btw, it’s only in Silute?
I hope we dont have to wait till next tuesday. Would be nice if we had any word if it’s hacker doings or server side problems.
