Why cant they answer us ? PLS IMC the game is unplayable atm!
Right now, all servers are working fine here, but I canât connect to SA.
IMC is doing an amazing work on the other servers, but looks like ours was left behind.
I regret so badly of transferring my chars to SA⊠This game is completely unplayable right now.
Mesma coisa aqui cara. Hoje, cheguei do trabalho e vi o servidor verdinho no site, tentei e consegui jogar normal. Depois de um tempo, travei num mapa, mudei de canal e foiâŠmais uma vez travou em outro mapa e ficou ruim de vez, sĂł consegui entrar com o VPN do avast, que vi num tutorial aiâŠmas agora o npc demora uns 3 anos pra responder quest, os cards impossĂvel de usarâŠta complicado.

40% of the players canât connect the server (I take 6 hours to loggin in my character after stucks in a passage to other map)

Ela simplesmente IGNORA esse tipo de tĂłpico, e empurra com a barriga nos tickets.
The problem is not even the large amount of f2p players, the problem is that only 2 to 3 channels are available for playing⊠this is not a player issue, this is a problem of the server, if iâts not fixed soon I really believe that a lot of the new players will quit for sure. Thatâs ridiculousâŠ
I Can not log into my character . All Klaipeda channels are full, 100% of all the channels are full.
I opened a ticket at the beginning of the game, was attended in 4 hours. Open another 4 days . It was visualized . My token time MUST be reset.

Abri um ticket no começo do jogo, fui atendido em 4 horas. Abri um outro a 4 dias. Não foi vizualizado. Meu tempo de token DEVE ser reposto.
This â â â â still happening. Cant even use a scroll to go back to cities or any potion. You click, 5 minutes later the effect happens. Shameful.

I know its f2p, and maybe that doesnât give me the moral to complain about whatâs wrong with the game issues server associated like lag, bad conections , suddenly kicks out, etc. Despite of this i can certainly say your not doing the job you are suppoused to do, and im not talking about game development , im talking about communication with your income source, your clients, the communityâŠUs. Hope u read this.
i have to say, this is the worst release i have seen in my life. brazilian server is a joke. IMC is a joke
What annoys me the most, and i might âoffendâ some people here, is that IMC is not priorizing pay users, putting them in the same queues with free users⊠Itâs really frustrating having to wait for hours to play, like seriously⊠Iâve paid for this, you guys are supposed to be a âseriousâ company, and youâll have to compensate all the time weâve lost trying to JOIN the game some us (me, and a few friends) paid for.
As said above by some users, and first off im not trying to discriminate in any case⊠Brazilians have always had their âownâ community and theyâre pretty much a bubble⊠A bubble you wonât burst any soon, as they try to be as hermetic as possible complaining/reporting you as a bot when you donât speak their language (has happened to me before, lol).
Being that said, I strongly recommend you consider setting up a server in Chile, and not only because I live here, because itâs safe to say we have the best server facilities at least here in Latin America South⊠Not sure if itâs a good thing to compare, but take League of Legends as an example, servers are hosted here in Chile, and there arenât many problems or issues with vecinities (Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, etc).
Im aware you guys have recently started with this game/proyect, but if you expect to gain more players and have an ever bigger community, youâll have to expand and invest in a better server eventually, or youâll just keep losing players.
I donât expect a response, but im hoping any of the staff members read this, thanks in advance though.
Just to make one thing clear, you paid for early access to the game not to be a VIP. Once the game is open, there is no difference between players.
You are right to ask for the time lost, while in early access, if you had problems to join the game and for lost days on your token.

A IMC quer competir pela vaga de pior empresa com a LUG.
Estou completamente decepcionado com a pĂłlitica da empresa q nao consegue resolver a porra de um simples LAG.
Ă o cumulo eu morar em Sao Paulo jogar com 600ms de ping num server q fica do lado de casa.
Ta indo pra duas semanas esse LAG.
Na boa empresa incompetente.
Tava Ăłtimo no early acess, meu ping no orsha era 90-110 de dia e a noite 80-90, entendo que Ă© bem trabalhoso e complicado vĂĄrios fatores pra manter um game flĂșido. Mas convenhamos, esse game nĂŁo deveria estar F2P, deveriam ter adiado bem mais o closed, nĂŁo Ă© fescura contra F2P, Ă© que o jogo realmente estĂĄ muito zuado pra ter a lotação que tem.
Jå vai com quase 2 semanas que minhas skills saem com uns 5s de atraso rsrsrs, usar item e falar com npc, até um simples repair é complicado, o cara vai teleportar e toma DC. Ta complicado, não entndo é que ainda tem pessoas dizendo que tå bo sem estar rsrs
Sigue lag el juego, los autoataques tardan 3 o 4 veces mas de lo que deberian tardar, es un asco!
Sofrido⊠jogar de mago ou arqueiro é muito frustrante com esse lag =

Mas nĂŁo da pra comparar com a situação inicial que era a do tĂłpico a 1 mĂȘs atrĂĄs. Realmente vocĂȘ demorava vĂĄrios minutos pra poder usar um npc qualquer. Hoje nem se compara. Ja Ă© âjogĂĄvelâ, apesar de precisar de melhorias.
