The conditions of the server are absolutely harsh, people can’t connect, can’t activate quests and even cast skills, they are disconnecting from dungeons and instances and even I that live near the servers can’t play imagine people from other countries.
No, people shouldn’t need to download VPN’s and be at the mercy of ACTUALLY getting banned because the bots might use the same vpn. We paid and helped when IMC needed us, all we want is a decent server, you guys know that the south americans are huge fans of the game and will crowd every corner of the server, so or you guys open more servers for south americans or open more channels and get us a better company/server provider, i don’t want to see Tree of Savior getting worse reviews on Steam and making people avoid the game

purchased the wtfast and can not play for lag account.

they think give a xp shot and dungeon reset solve? because I never overpaid for the service that they do not provide.

I also just can’t login and my first experience on this game is giving me such a headache!! The north american server is with 100-200ms ping and the server located ON MY COUNTRY is giving me 300-800ms. Sometimes I can’t finish quests because to finish, it has a 5 MINUTES delay! How so?! I understand that we are on release date, and much ppl were expected to play, BUT this is not an authorization to allow this with all SA players.
