[SA] Silute temporary relocation became unplayable

PT-BR:

EN:
I wonder how long the SA server will be in this new location, why it is impossible to play with this high ping.
The only server that did not have high ping was the SA ( for players SA obvious ), now transferred the location of the server to the same as international, and high ping prevents the smooth flow of the game, do not have fun conditions in a game high ping back to the server where he was staying please.
Bad decision.
Only 18 hours of bonus in the token is little, because I think the time that the server will stay with high ping will be more than that, many people were no longer enjoying it with server in SA, so now probably will not even play until the server comes back, sorry I’m the one who will wait to return = /.

Thank you for reducing the price of token ^^, missing only sell only TP separately without packages.

Thank you in advance attention, awaiting contact.

Not improved at all , on the contrary , it worsened a lot!

I should agree with you.

The game is now unplayable with this high latency for us. I’m running on stable 250 ms and that’s impossible to do anything properly.

The problem is that people on the northeast and north of South America have a better link to USA than me, so they can get from 90 ms to 150 ms on worst case. The case is that the demography numbers show that only 20% of all the people in the SA live in the north/northeast region (I’m saying people living, not playing, so it’s a worst case scenario here). If IMC thinks that 20% of positive reaction to this relocation to USA server is enough, we will never see another server located in SA again. At least, not running from IMC themselves.

I’m all pessimist here. I’m not finding myself willing to play this game anymore because of this since the anouncement yesterday. Today I tried the new connection and I was hit by a bucket of cold water, actually… Everything that I was afraid it was going to happen, happened and it was exactly like I thought it would be: unplayable.

Now that they are having a better contact with us and made some awesome changes to token prices and saying that they are improving the engine, it’s sad that they had to move our servers to a new location… Now that the game is showing some real good future, we won’t be able to enjoy it properly, it seems…

say that its imposible to play is too much… i played from level 1 to 220 in silluete located on br with 400-600 ms constant ping (im from chile, southern than br) now in na i have 150-180 and still is playeable… maybe is not 100% enjoyable for you but still. Guess you people are complaining too much with this “temporary” measure. just hold a while and try to understand that they are trying to fix the issues.

It’s ■■■■■■■ temporary, holy ■■■■. My ping has actually decreased and becamse more stable, used to go from 70 ms and spike to 400 ms all the time. I also don’t have to worry about getting kicked out of the server or being stuck at a map.

all fine
190 ping
no ping spikes
no more stucks
thx a lot =-) Imc

130 ms to 400 ms, it´s unplayable to me, i’d like to know when the server will come back to south america

The ping is not the main issue.

When animations are client side, it’s totally possible to play with 400ms. Dragon Nest SEA is a good example. But this game for some reason wait the response of the server in order to finish some animations. This way, when the latency is high, the animations will get compromised.

If only the damage calculations had to wait for the server, the experience would be a lot better, even with 300 or 400ms.

Up! I still have high ping all the time, I can’t play properly this way. Half of the time I use Magic Missile and only the animation happens, I must wait about 2 seconds before launching auto attack magic, etc, etc;
