Cara ate entendo o que você quer dizer. Mas você tem que entender que você pagou pelo early acess, já usufruiu, agora acabou. Você não pagou por “vantagens estendidas”.
Eles deveriam sim dar prioridade de login para quem é VIP (Token) isso com toda certeza se isso não vem acontecendo.

after the queue finally reaches 0 i get the “cannot conect to server” msg and get back to the 9xxth position in the queue. ImC u really break more stuff than those u fix during miants

Are you a F2P player or got the lowest cost founder pack?
I got all founder packs and i never got any queue, even when i tried to play on weekends at 2~3 pm when the game has most people.
- Latency is well over 200ms, with 500ms peaks. When IMC set up the echo server I had around 30~50ms, which was a huge selling point for the server transfer.
- Queue for lessen the servers’ burden is acceptable provided that you don’t have to wait for more than five minutes. Two hours or more is not.
- There are several maps that for some reason block you from access the game. I’ve three characters stuck on different maps for no apparent reason.
What worries me the most is how silent IMC is about the whole thing. This has been an issue since May 5th, almost two weeks now.
I don’t know if they are clueless, if they don’t care or just don’t understand western business and customer service model. At any rate, this is not working.
I have all founder packs too.

Hello, i am free player and i agree with your position. I think that the game need some “PREIMUM SERVERS” exclusive for players that want play without queue, a lot of free boters players and other problemas. I will be the frist to pay.
We have long queue. If you dont know english, in portuguese QUEUE = FILA. Estamos enfrentando filas enormes para logar.
Mano, eu fiquei na fila durante 3 horas, quando consegui logar peguei um tp pra fedimian e tomei dc… ai voltei pra fila. Bem legal isso né.

i’m with you on this one, it’s been 14 days, 3 tickets, and ZERO responses for my problems, i’m just tired of asking for help on tickets or any other channel for tha matter
Every night i got this queue too. They need to solve this… It’s very annoying. And they say our server is “comfy”. ¬¬
the solution for this is very simple. every time i stuck in queue to enter in the game i just press logout then i log in and try to enter again, keeping doind this until enter, in 3 ~ 6 tries u will enter .(sry for bad english)
a solução pra isso é bem simples, só fica dando logout e loga denovo no server até entrar , em 3 ~ 6 tentativas você já consegue entrar.
I switched to silute (was orsha) for the tested 50 ping they had promised me, now I get 250~400, worse than orsha and with issues every single day. Hell, I rather play a stable server with 200 ping like orsha and klaipeda than a cancer server like silute (even with queues the server is super laggy).
Also, I discovered that the characters created earlier have less queue times. Example: I have a chaplain since day 1 and he gets position 800. In the same map, I have a not too old QS that gets 300ish position on queues. Lastly a recently made elementalist that enters immediately. Concidence much?
@edit: you just have to try like crazy until the queues drops (was 450 dropped to 140). Disconsider may last paragraph.
Big line to log in, alot of disconnects when moving to other maps, alot of lag in most of the channels.
Doenst matter if there is a way to “skip” the line, its no proper solution. There shouldnt be a line from the start.

more than 30 minutes waiting to play its not funny
I can not complete quests with interaction and time, it is both lag the time over and not complete the quest.
