SA SIlute Last maintenance EXP tome compensation

Last maintenance (yesterday) we got some exp tomes, NICE! but WTF today it is already expired???
Only 1 f. day to redeem that?? haven’t even time to think wich char i would give and now they’re gone!!

I opened a ticket and this is what IMC answered:

"We understand that expiry date is bit confusing right now. Please be informed that the time format is Year/Month/Day.

It is possible that the items inside your message box has been expired.

Please be reminded that all items inside the Message Box has an expiration date. Unfortunately, if you did not redeem all the items inside the Message Box before expiration date the items will not be redeemable. Also every time the game is having a maintenance the UN-redeemed items in the mailbox will disappeared."

Thanks IMC, less than 24 hours to retrieve exp tomes from the mail is really a reasonable time frame. No one has a real life anyways.

24 hrs to redeem the items is a joke. Thought it was going to be at least 72 hours to redeem, deleted today my 139 Krivis which I made some mistakes and created a new char. When I was going to redeem the tomes, it was just gone.

Plus, I was trying to use my TEAM STORAGE to swith my Stat Reset Potion and Skill Reset Potion which I bought on Early Access #1 but it’s on my Peltasta (1st character I made) and I CANNOT SWITCH THE DAMN POTIONS BETWEEN MY OWN CHARACTERS, IT’S FCKING “SOULBIND” ON A CHARACTER THAT DON’T NEED THE RESET POTIONS, Like… What’s wrong with IMC?

IMC needs to hire competent devs. PROGRAMMERS and staff ASAP. The players graphic on this month show that people are leaving the game on the very 1st month because A LOT of bugs, lags, instability. Even Indie games on Steam are rated better than Tree of Savior.

I really like playing ToS but everyday is a new problem, a new “bad surprise”. I already have some friends who leave the game and suddenly I’ll do the same. I already gave up on this company and regret everyday that I paid the Early Access #1 .

24 hours… you people can’t log in for 5 minutes to check it?

look, if 24 hours… an ENTIRE DAY… is too short a period to expect you to log in…

then obviously not being able to log in for a mere 6 hours during the maintenance can’t have been any real inconvenience either and you don’t need to be compensated for your lost time – which you never really lost since you don’t log in often enough.

You guys miss the point.
This is a compensation for people who play too much and lose their play time while the maintenence was going on w/o previous warning.

If you wasnt there to redeem the compensation in 24h, then it isnt for you at all.

The TOS world have a problem. The Goddess is missing. If you are true revelator, dont keep complaining, sacrifice your wallet and time for the relevation. Never ask or use the compensation.
