The current status of the South American server is less than tolerable. I opted out to move from Klaipeda to Silute hoping to play with moderate latency and instead I find myself waiting hours of queue only to have a less than acceptable experience.
I have more latency on Silute that on Klaipeda, and yes, I did tested my ping with the echo service IMC set up.
I just waited two hours, literally two hours, to get into the game only to be kicked out to the login screen after selecting a character. That’s totally unacceptable.
I know for sure that AWS is not to blame, as other game’s server are hosted with this service and work flawlessly (D3 and LoL for example).
Do whatever you need to do, but please stop ignoring us.
