[SA] Silute: Failed to create mission instance [...]

Bug Description:

“Failed to create mission instance due to exceeded server capacity. Please try again later” message is back. We need more channels for our new and returning players.

Please, refresh [SA] Silute, @staff . It’s very hard to enter a simple instance right now. 10 minutes for a single run…

EDIT: I think it would be best to send a ticket to the Support Team if you are receiving that message, just so that we are aware of the time and how often it is occurring.

Everyday, every hour, any dungeon just make a maintenance of 10 mins to reset server and problem will be solved.

This so much.

You guys skipped maintenance and some generated dungeons stances persisted without people in it (I think that’s the problem since we got solo rushes all the time everyday and so on). Maintenance every week probably fix this kind of known issues. Just do it even for 10 min to flush this stances.

Oh and we got this problem since late thursday

Complicated … I can no longer do farmer on maps because everywhere has a damn warlock and now neither solar my dg’s is possible.

all people havi this problem in the server its not necessary send a ticket becouse the exceed capacity of the server is at any time.

Still waiting for the Emergency Maintenance for Silute. Why do you guys have to keep it ALWAYS until every Tuesday to fix when people reported it last Friday??

Is it too much to ask for an Emergency Server Maintenance in the middle of the Weekend? :confused:

I never got a decent support sending a Ticket, I’m unmotived to send a Ticket and receving a bot like answer and not helpfull support.
