(SA) Silute: Excessive LAG in Mercenary and DGs (video)

Date and Time(Please, specify the timezone) : 22:00 BRT (but occurs everyday and everytime since day 17).
Server Name: Silute (SA)
Team Name: DaniloT_DS
Character Name: All characters.

Bug Description: The game is playable in normal maps. But in DGs and Mercenary missions the ping reaches 6 seconds, the game gets unplayable. This occurs with ALL players on the server, disrupting the reset event.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Login in game and play normal maps.
  2. Then enter in DGs/Mercenary and see the diference.

Yes, the whole silute is lagging. Please, fix it already!

Silute also has the “your-entire-party-dc’ed-and-everybody-lost-the-run” feature

It’s sad but looks like IMC are not caring about the lag issues, only caring about the p2w cubes and all the money they can make with that. I hope they are trying to raise money for increase their physical servers/infra and then resolve the problems such as lag, bugs, etc.

Team Battle League is in the worst situation
We can’t even user our skill there, the lag is completely unacceptable

In normal maps my Ping is around 180ms in TBL 400+ms -_-

Complety unplayable in Silute, please do something. In normal maps 0,18 ~ 0,2 sec, in TBL 0,6 ~1,2 sec

I can not stop saying about the disconnect that many people take and can not enter the game for a period of minutes

Since this morning after maintenance the server is unplayable and no answer from IMC whatsoever. This is becoming regular and no reward is given. Also we lose time from events (like the reset one which I could test 10% of what I wanted).

Please fix this already. It’s about time after 2 months.
