[SA] Silute, Character stuck on Lodge, after warping to Tenet Garden

nformation about my character (server, team_name, character_name, starting_city):

1)Silute [SA]
2)Baltzenger
3)Arcanis
4)Klaipeda

Got stuck when warping to Tenet Garden from Demon Prison 1 :frowning:

Help me please, I have a token and I’m losing my token time with this.

I tried changing channels, the “Cannot connect to server.” message appears on each one.
I can connect to other characters that are not on that map, so I think this is not a connection problem.

If you will rescue my character, by sending it to a city map, I would not be able to go to Tenet Garden? I need to go there but don’t want to risk getting stuck again.

Same problem! what a waste of token, days unable to play this game…

same problem 2 characters also some times cant connect to the server when i chose the server and i cant give likes, i cant send wisper i cant see or send friend request on my friend list i cant use shout and i cant use party…server is totaly broke

I got the same problem, i figured out it is after playing 1 hour.

1 - Get disconnected and can’t connect again to the server
2 - Created a new character, played for 1 hour
3 - Get disconnect again. And can’t login to any character or channel
