[SA Silute] Account Blocked with no information

Good evening and sorry for the bad Englishman.
Yesterday around this same time I had my account blocked for no reason while playing with some friends, send a ticket asking for more information and credits for what happened, but I did not receive any information. Only a vague informed message that I am being investigated for violating the rules of the Game.
I always played the game honestly and even usually credited my account with some frequency, even if I stopped playing for a year and returned this month.
I considered a great lack of respect, partly not for the suspicion that even if I had been founded, I would admit, more because it was blocked for so long without any information or even a deadline to return to play.
In fact, I want a positioning and release of my account as soon as possible, since I always played honestly and cleanly.

did you buy any silvers(RMT) or show any behaviours which might suspect you of RMTing?
did you use any bots or use any 3rd party addons that might give you an unfair advantage in the game?
and finally did you use any VPNS or the like?

referring to Addon I use absolutely nothing. And on the banned list there really is my nickname.
More accused of selling gold how do you do that?
what makes it rather curious is that this week I bought about 400 TP, why would I buy Silver out of the game?

the last thing I bought the day in the marketing was a box of rocksodon that was for 12kk, which I spent the whole week announcing if someone had to sell. And I bought some equipment last week for my characters selling Shards.

I think the total I spent in the last two weeks was about 40kk in equipment and various items in marketing. Why is it prohibited to buy items in marketing?
Has anyone ever had anything similar? I sent lots of tickets and always the answers are vague with excuses of the type “we can not say the reasons”.

It depends which items you bought, how much you paid each of them, but also from where your own silver came from.

EDIT:

RMT = Real Money Trade (Troca com Dinheiro Real, em tradução livre)
VPN = proxy to “speed up” your connection, a tunneling system

The most expressive ones I bought were: An Emegard Shield, Skull Smasher, Rocksodon Box, I think they were the most expressive. And the Silver I used came most event costume sales that I had, and shards. More what worries me is that they do not give any positioning is blocking an account where you invest honestly and cleanly is frustrating.

nor addon I use, I find it confusing. And it would not make sense for me to buy silver in the real money game. is not so difficult to achieve and currently the TOS is one of the few games that you can cleanly (laborious) clean the content end game.

You bought your TP this week, right? Could you tell how you did it? Steam? Because the limit is 300, as far as I know

From July 14 to the current date I bought 600 TP and it was by Steam, I was here seeing the history of the days bought.

The last day I bought was on August 06, I made two orders of 100 TP.

What if I spend 300+ TPs they block the account? sorry for the questions I spent a long time without playing and I started last month

Most of my savings came from selling Shards. What I sold with the highest price was a Pink Maid Costume by 4kk

They’re talking about selling popolion meat at 100kk… or something similar. That’s a suspicious sell. A Rocksodon at 12kk is quite normal for Silute… Goro Box is 9kk there.

so I remember heading up to the most expensive items I’ve traded in the last few days.
Rocksodon Box = 12kk
Emegard Shield = 15kk (if I’m not mistaken)
Skull Smasher = 15 kk too

And the outcome of that posts on the forum as Accounts ban for abuse section.

It seems it detected your behavior… with a little hiccup.

I verified your account, throughly, trading, market, Quests, progression…
The account does seem clear, I lifted your status right away.

And well its not really related to this situation, But I encourage everyone to use Bot report function When you see a Bot or bot behavior. It will greatly help my work as well. I keep killing Bot by many methods but hmmph, since I’m one personnel can’t be anywhere.
