[SA] Silute Abusive Disconections

Hi guys, how are you doing?

I’d like to say I’m fine, but I can’t say it when I’m getting a little sad with the game constant disconnects and downs.
I know that the game is still a Beta, but I think that we’re buying TPs, a lot of people brought the Steam Bundles and if it was only me it would be just my problem and I’d have to find a way to solve it, but ALL my guildmates are having problems, and you know what’s the most unfair thing?

It’s happenning just in the server I play. It’s just in Silute. Every Tuesday we gotta a few bugs solved and a fewer new bugs to do with. Yeah, it’s pretty difficult and not just sometimes, much like almost always.
Sometimes we can’t connect to Silute, but if we try Klaipeda or Orsha we connect so easily and playing in Klaipeda or Orsha is easier, you don’t have a higher ping and it looks like it just doesn’t lag.

So what’s the problem with Silute guys? What’s the problem with Latin America? Is it the “jajajas” or the “hu3hu3hu3”? Even so, we are gamers and we are playing the game, we are investing our time in this game because we like it and we still believe it can turn into something we gonna be proud to say we helped you to build and we’re proud to be playing, but in the last 2, 3 weeks I don’t really know what the hell happenned but it’s being kind of annoying. And we’re not even receiving that “excuse us gifts”(not that it really looks like an excuse, but at least shows some kind of consideration towards us). If the standard period of maintenance isn’t being enough to make the server stable and the game at least 70% enjoyable, I think the players may be angry, but they will understand if they can play without DC’ing and without some crazy bugs we just see playing ToS.

Please, make a game we can enjoy the fullest without having to trouble you the most. And I hope that you IMC Staff can do it. It would be a shame if the game loses most of the players so early in the big game.

every time I try to do my dungeon my connection drops, please fix it i lost 4 dungeons!

The situation of Silute server is ridiculous, disconections all time in dungeons, missions and worlds maps. Please do maintenance and solve the problem.

Its ridiculous… Every day ToS lose more players from Latin America.

Its really ridiculous, all my friends already stoped to play this game because everytime when they fix a problen other diferent appear! Every week we have one problem and I realy thinking in stop to play this game like my friends did… I waste a lot of money in TP and I’m really disapointed.

Yes, there’s a lot of disconnecting issues in [SA] Silute, really random yet frequent. I solve this partially using VPN service (I don’t know if this is a banning matter, but still the only viable solution), so disconnection happens less often. We all hope this is a temporary situation, as server-host location itself (still in US).

These disconnections are happening on Klaipeda too. Can’t play the game for 30+ minutes without getting DC’d or getting MASSIVE lag spike (20000ms) .
The game was playable till the last maintenance , now is just a lag fest …

And the problem is even bigger, every other site appears to load at normal speed but ToS site and forum takes a full minute (or even more) to load .

Btw, i’m playing from Brazil, and never experienced any kind of conection problems with others games with server location on NA.

Well, thanks guys for the feedback.
It’s pretty bad to know it’s not happenning only in Silute, and it’s been at least 3 days of constant dcs and no maintenance to solve the problem.

I was speaking to my guildmates about those problems a few minutes ago and we all agree that the IMC guys should be more transparent about those problems, if they don’t know what’s the problem they should admit it, it’s better than hiding it and doing nothing about, what really gonna piss us more than most of us are.

We love this game, that’s why we still play it, but there’s not enough love in the world to save the game if it doesn’t show respect with the players and that’s what it looks like. It’s been 3 weeks of new bugs and new problems and now it’s like if the server was back here in São Paulo when the oficial f2p started. But it’s been really annoying, infuriating to be precise.

If you play at the morning or in the start of the afternoon there’s not that much disconnects but as time passes and night comes, kids come home from school, people come home from work and they start to log in in the game…well…it’s better to do another thing and forget about the game since we didn’t get our extremelly needed maintenance to solve the server connection issues and another little bugs here and there.

It’s been a s**t of a week playing ToS this week…and I may say, the weekend will be worst if IMC Staff don’t do anything.

If they wanna lose players…ok, they’re in the right way. But I don’t think they do, so what? Are they thinking we gonna recomend the game to our friends when it’s like it? No we won’t. We may keep playing, but as new and better games launch, more players will stop playing ToS. And there’s a lot of good MMORPGs coming and they won’t have half of the problems we’re having in the early game.

I just hope the IMC Staff solve this problems ASAP so we can play and we can see that they’re working on the game and not just posting silly news on the site.

Funny fact: the main tread about the issue has been deleted, and in the patch notes for tomorrow there is no mention about it

Same problem here, i’m from Brazil too.

O mesmo problema que eu, tem dias que não consigo nem abrir o forum cara de tanto tempo que demora. E o jogo nem se fala, quase não consigo logar e quando consigo fico preso no lodge. Ja perdi mission/dungeon por não conseguir completar de tanto lag mais de 6 vezes.

Even after maintenance … DC’s continues… 1 week without being able to play. Bye IMC!! I back to Blizzard…

Well…
Maintenance came and nothing changed at all.
Everything’s worst, and they’re telling us the problem is our internet providers.
It’s easy to blame someone else, isn’t it?
It’s easy to get easy money from players that love the game but YOU DON’T GIVE NOTHING IN RETRUN.
As my guildmates say, IMC is just another shaddy Korean game enterprise that just wants money and has a shitty support and just let their games the way people can play but without really caring for bugs and etc.

As I’ve said before…if they wanna lose players, they will, this game is gonna bankrupt if they don’t do the right things asap.

Every 10~15 min there’s a massive lag spike for like 30s, sometimes i get disconnect after it. The ping reaches 16k for that amount of time. Really annoying.

It started to happen after the last maintance.

Hi guys, never see in another game so much disconnections and high ping like this, ping 250-690, move this server to SA is the best solution, now that the partnership with the lug dissolved is the only way to improve game experience for us.

I’m brazilian and I’ve been playing in multiple servers since beta. Since the last update, every 15~30 minutes I get disconnected. Way more frequently at dungeons. No ping problems though, just hard random disconnections.
