I suggest trying another latin american country for your South american server.
Where can i find this server information? On the home page i can only see the squares showing how much players are on the sv atm.
I m with the same problem, my char is in telnet and just shows 7 channels.
When i select another char and he s on another map, the game shows me all the channels and i can log normally.
