So this happened in a local community. Basically, the GL of Ninetails (and Ninetails.) is declaring an all-out war against every ‘latin’ guild who does want to PvP. It would be nice of you guys to help this person who wants to improve his combat strategies through PvP (even though he referes to the latin community in a disrespectful way, there’s no doubt that shouldn’t be an issue here).
