[SA] Low Ping, High Lag

What’s going on with this server?

The ping is low but EVERYTHING have some seconds of delay. And i live in the same town as the server was told to be.

Takes 2-3 hits to the monster starts to take damage;
Takes 3-5 seconds to activate any “Quest Collect”;
Takes 2-5 seconds to any NPC reply or give the next quest step;
Takes 2-5 seconds to anything beside silver (and sometimes too) drop from monsters;

I think they already know these problems and the problem of “cant connect” in some maps with some chars. They answer me in a ticket.
So, we have to wait for now.
